HYROX combines running with functional strength stations. At BOLT Fitness, you’ll build the engine and strength needed for race day: ski erg, rower, sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, farmers carries, sandbag lunges, wall balls – plus the running that ties it all together. Every workout is designed to sharpen the skills and conditioning you’ll need to take on the full HYROX race with confidence.
